How long until I receive my order? That depends on where you live. We ship from our Florida factory usually within a week of receiving the order. All shipments are sent Ground unless other arrangements have been made. From the shipment day via Ground Shipping, it usually takes three days to deliver to East Coast, four days - to Midwest, and five to seven days - to West Coast. No shipping is available to Alaska.   Can I get a tracking # for my shipment? If you email us at info@newimageplants.com we will do our best to find your order and provide you with a tracking #. We have not experienced problems with product shipment.   Can I get my order shipped more quickly? Yes, but you will need to pay the extra charges with a credit card. Please email info@newimageplants.com to make arrangements for faster shipping options. How do I buy your products wholesale? For wholesale information or with your questions, email us at wholesale@newimageplants.com. Please include all relevant information like estimated quantities, retail outlet and location.   Can I get a discount? Some large orders may be eligible for a discount. Email joe@newimageplants.com to inquire whether your order is large enough for a discount.   Do you have an Affiliate Program? No, not at this time but it is in the works. Email info@newimageplants.com or joe@newimageplants.com to be put on a list of future Online Affiliates.   What is the size of your Medical Marijuana Plant? This product is approximately 10 inches tall and 4 inches wide. The product is a unique combination of leaves and a bud set in an attractive pot. How do I get in touch with someone at New Image Plants? The best way is to email us at info@newimageplants.com.   I live in Canada (or another country) – are there problems with Customs? We have not experienced problems (except our shipment to Cyprus) with Customs in Canada. There is nothing illegal in our products – even if they look incredibly real.   What are your products made of? Our products are made from synthetic silk imported from our supplier in China and the wood for the trunks and branches is collected and supplied by a specialty-supplier for our unique products. Each plant is individually constructed and shipped ready for use.
